Defining a lending brand around the working rhythm of MSMEs
Some brands begin with a logo. Others begin with a point of view.
Quince Capital began with the latter.
The starting question was not how a lending brand should look, but what finance should feel like when it is built around the realities of MSMEs. We worked with the Quince Capital team to define the brand from first principles - its positioning, ethos and experience system, and how it would come to market across stakeholders and environments.
This work established a clear foundation for how the business would present itself across branches, digital interfaces and partner interactions as it prepared for launch. The direction was grounded in a single idea: finance should move at the rhythm of the business it serves.
