One of Asia's largest civic bodies needed to verify pre-monsoon drainage clearance during COVID-19 lockdowns, a task complicated by restricted field access at exactly the time of year when that access mattered most. We deployed a first-of-its-kind aerial surveillance programme using drones to assess the integrity of the drainage network.

A terabyte of aerial footage isn't a decision. Ground teams evaluating the drainage network needed granular detail; leadership needed an overview fast enough to act on. We structured the 307 final files across 23+ hours of runtime around that difference, so each layer of the organisation saw exactly what it needed, not one raw feed everyone had to sort through themselves.

The civic body used the structured data for both internal team evaluation and vendor evaluation, delivered as searchable, password-protected access across 10 municipal wards.
