Best Women Customer Engagement through Personalised Regional Videos

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Inditrade MicroFinance launched a large-scale personalized video initiative to support vulnerable women entrepreneurs. Over 25,000 regional language videos were created to explain the loan moratorium and its individual impact - each one addressing customers by name and explaining how the moratorium would affect her specific loan.

To overcome the digital divide, the videos were delivered via WhatsApp and SMS, ensuring accessibility even for those without smartphones.

The initiative led to timely payments, reduced miscommunication, and built deeper customer trust. It also established personalised video communication as a vital channel for delivering financial information in a clear, accessible, and human way.
