Tasked with an ambitious 45-day turnaround ahead of their peak sales season, we partnered with leadership and on-ground teams to map the customer journey, uncovering missed moments of engagement and messaging fatigue.

We co-created the communication framework—spanning email, WhatsApp, and a structured three-level follow-through—for three key enquiry fronts: event leads, website traffic, and the existing client base. This ensured buy-in and surfaced new outreach opportunities overlooked internally.

We developed modular sales communication templates, designed for quick customization, easy adoption, and consistent delivery across regions.

The real win: faster conversion cycles and drastically lower drop rates. After initial success with flagship products, the framework was extended to new segments the following year, helping the brand regain parity with European peers and reaffirm its relevance on the global stage.
